Light Weight Bubble Alumina Fire Brick

Alumina bubble bricks are a type of ultra-high temperature energy-saving and thermal insulation materials. Alumina bubble ball are a new type of high-temperature thermal insulation material. They are made of industrial alumina by melting and blowing in an electric furnace, and the crystal form is a-Al2O3 microcrystals. With alumina bubble balls as the main body, products of various shapes can be made, with a maximum operating temperature of 1800℃. The products have high mechanical strength, which is several times that of general lightweight products, and the volume density is only half of that of corundum products. It has been widely used in high-temperature and ultra-high-temperature kilns such as petrochemical industry gasification furnaces, carbon black industrial reactors, and metallurgical industry induction furnaces, and has achieved very satisfactory energy-saving effects.
