Prepare the above raw materials according to the formula ratio, then put mullite powder, andalusite fine powder and sillimanite fine powder into a sand mixer for mixing, then add clay and water accounting for 2% of the total weight of the raw materials for mixing, and then add silicon powder for mixing, and use a brick press to press into a brick blank, and after the brick blank is dried, it is placed in a firing kiln for sintering, that is, fired into andalusite refractory bricks.
